The EX Result is a simple, yet insightful, online measurement tool that combines a bitingly accurate employee experience rating with sophisticated language analysis.
Firstly, we use a baseline question that determines whether or not your employees consider your organisation a good place to work. We then build on that fundamental question using the 7 Employer of Choice criteria identified by Harvard Business School, because the point of any employee experience survey is to get the insight you need to create a work environment people want to work in.
The result is 8 simple questions that actually matter.
For every question your employees simply choose ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. The questions can also be adapted to reflect criteria that are considered more representative of your own goals and key performance indicators. We’ll work with you to develop your own personalised EX Result and create a truly meaningful measure of employee experience. Demographics as required are also included.
However, the EX Result doesn’t just give you a useful rating. It also measures the language your employees use to describe their experience so you get the insight you need to improve it.

Imagine yourself in a social situation. A friend or family member is looking at joining your organisation and asks for your opinion. What would you say?
Eight years of research has shown us these are the only two questions you need to ask. They tell you everything - how your employees view their own experience and what kind of filters they would use when describing it to someone else. With the addition of these two simple free text questions, the EX Result becomes a sophisticated focus group, where language filtering software determines the shared contexts everyone uses to describe the work environment and highly skilled analysts then interpret their meaning. The result is an incredibly nuanced and detailed analysis that is mathematically representative of everyone who answered. Once you know why your employees think and behave the way they do, you can create a strategy to reinforce or change it.
